    Haul out Ft Lauderdale

I need to do a drive line inspection, freshen props, inspect shafts etc etc. I apparently have ignored my shaft seals and realized they don't look so healthy, no dripping, just don't look fresh to me. Looking for yard recommendations around pompano beach, Ft Lauderdale area. I'm literally 3 minutes from Merritt boat works but not sure if their the right yard for this boat. I'm new to FL and doing my due diligence to avoid a "nightmare" thread. I'm not at all opposed to DIY yard with an independent. Its likely time for bottom paint so I'll have the yard or individual tackle that.

From my research I'm leaning toward 2 coats of interlux 2 stage barrier and 2 coats of wooleys yacht shield, thoughts?

I do not have yard recommendations but will add my two cents.

With surface corrosion and oxidation the metal parts may be in better shape than the appear. The most concerning issue is the hose that connects the parts. if that fails (or spins) its a bunch of water.

How do the hoses look? to me they are suspect but I am 1,000 miles away.

Do they have cracks or splits?
