Boat and Marina slip package: 124K
Boat only: 96K
Marina Slip only: 44K
3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (3 toilets and 2 showers). Washer and dryer (stackable). Full refrigerator. 2 burner induction cook top and convection oven microwave.
Twin Detroit Diesel, Model 8V-71 with 803 Port / 814 Starboard hours. Assuming there was a major overhaul at some point in the past but can't confirm, could be original. Hours will continue to slowly increase.

IIRC She is hull #1 of the 53's.

I love Charleston, but have always suspected that some yankee engineer who hated it was a executive at the SC DOT.
