    1969 Hatteras 53 Motor Yacht and Marina Slip

    Located in Downtown Charleston SC

    1969 Hatteras 53 Motor Yacht. Coast Guard registered vessel.

    Boat and Marina slip package: 124K
    Boat only: 96K
    Marina Slip only: 44K

    3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (3 toilets and 2 showers). Washer and dryer (stackable). Full refrigerator. 2 burner induction cook top and convection oven microwave.

    Twin Detroit Diesel, Model 8V-71 with 803 Port / 814 Starboard hours. Assuming there was a major overhaul at some point in the past but can't confirm, could be original. Hours will continue to slowly increase.

    IIRC She is hull #1 of the 53's.

    I love Charleston, but have always suspected that some yankee engineer who hated it was a executive at the SC DOT.

    Surprised you know Charleston. Thought you never went north of I 10.

    big time cool. Im absolutely positive Hatteras sweated over the details on hull #1, considering they probabaly bet the entire company on that boat.
