1969 Hatteras 53 Motor Yacht and Marina Slip

    Located in Downtown Charleston SC

1969 Hatteras 53 Motor Yacht. Coast Guard registered vessel.

Boat and Marina slip package: 124K
    Boat only: 96K
    Marina Slip only: 44K

Marina slip allows you to live aboard in beautiful downtown Charleston SC. Perfect live aboard or a crash pad on the water for out of towners, or cruise with plenty of space.

If you're looking for a spacious running boat that's ready to cruise or live in....this could be perfect.

3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (3 toilets and 2 showers). Washer and dryer (stackable). Full refrigerator. 2 burner induction cook top and convection oven microwave.

Twin Detroit Diesel, Model 8V-71 with 803 Port / 814 Starboard hours. Assuming there was a major overhaul at some point in the past but can't confirm, could be original. Hours will continue to slowly increase.

Email charlestongolfer76 @ gmail.com with any questions and I can send you a google page I setup with full boat details as well as 50+ pics and a video of the engines running.

How cool is that, hull number 1 of the most classic yacht ever built.

I love Charleston, but have always suspected that some yankee engineer who hated it was a executive at the SC DOT.
