    Lets say purchase for $40k.
Complete cockpit mezzanine or lockers, $30,000
    Paint boat $40,000
Wire boat, $40,000 including breaker panels
    HVAC $25,000
Complete salon interior and appliances $30,000
No info on down below, guess at $30,000
    Hardtop and frame $40,000
    Electronics 30,000
Outriggers, fighting chair, helm chair $20,000
    Other $50,000
Total of $375k for essentially a new boat

    Thoughts???

It wouldn't surprise me if some commercial outfit grabs this and turns it into a commercial fishing or work boat of some sort, which would be sad.
Pretty close. Except wiring ... I’d say $20k I have spend about $5k in parts on my 53MY using Blue Seas panels all new marine wiring and shrink tubes connectors. Not a single foot of original wiring has been kept.

And electronics.. I can’t see more than $10k for a pair of MFDs and a good radar.

Big unknown are the engines. Why where they run on a cell if they were new? Not sure what s the shelf life of new engines from the factory. They are coated and protected. But if they ve been run who knows

Marine fuel is off-road diesel. That's why it has the dye in it.

Ag fuel pumps do not help pay for a marina.
