Anybody using these? A 10w led is supposed to replace a 100w bulb. Cost about $20each. I've tried led dimmables without much luck and rather pay more if they actually perform. Thanks

Re: Watt-a-light 32v led light bulbs??
On that one I noticed that it says not recommended for enclosed fixtures.
But, This one looks good for ceiling fixtures, but its out of stock.

Be careful of the light color (kelvin) on LED's. 2700 is warm white. BTW I had a very poor customer experience with Watt-A-Light. Their location in Canada makes shipping really slow and very expensive. YMMV.

My assumption is that warm white is preferable for living spaces, is that correct? I have 6000k lights in the engine room and in the galley, but I was about to order a 2700K light for the aft cabin.

Yes, warm white. You might look also at superbrightled.com; I've had fairly good luck with them.
