Hi,
Just bought a 1985 72' MY in december, moored in Alameda CA.. looking to make a few updates and seeking any and all information regarding the below. Thanks for any input you have.
1. looking to replace current galley maid raw water(x5) with Raritan fresh water. Raritans are 24 volt we have 32 v. Transformer or re-wiring?
2. Would like to change back end to a euro transom with stairs. Any ideas on who does this on the west coast?

Re: New Owner with questions
I have heard of some installing 24v Raritan heads and running them on 32v without any problems. Others have installed the 120v models which are essentially a converter on a 12v toilet.

Re: New Owner with questions
I believe the 120 volt is a 24 volt with a transformer.

Re: New Owner with questions
And we have the 12 volt models running on a 32 to 12 volt converter. Many ways to do it.

Re: New Owner with questions
Ok, Thanks for the responses. I think I will have my husband take over this. A little over my head.
