Hatteras 52 CMY with 8V92TAs. Starboard engine ignition switch in "on" position does not activate the buzzer at the fly bridge helm or the lower helm. I'm guessing it is not the buzzer since neither one activates but possibly could be two bad buzzers. Port engine works ok at both helm stations. What other sensors/senders are tied into that system?

Re: Ignition switch buzzer
I would check the wire(s) to the oil pressure warning switch on that engine. Have you recently replaced the warning switch on the engine? If so, make sure it is the right one. If I'm not mistaken it is suppose to be a normally closed (NC) switch. Does the buzzer sound when the engine starts?

Re: Ignition switch buzzer
On my boat the ignition "ON" buzzer is connected to the fuel pressure switch located at the Engine fuel filter.
