Is there a production yacht maker that builds a classic flush deck motor yacht? ( ie : classic Hatteras design style ) or do you hav3 to go custom? Edward

Hampton makes some nice looking yachts, Selene and Fleming also.

Maybe there's just too small of a demand for the old styles in today's market.

I've seen some nice newer boat interiors wrapped in New style exteriors

    Curious about something 55 to 65 ? I remember that Hunt builds a 63.

Not really a flush deck as I understand it. Wouldn't there have to be a cabin below the aft deck? I was thinking Dettling, but again, no aft cabin.

Flush decks are hard to design in that size range which is why Hargrave’s Hatteras designs were such breakthrough.

I don’t think Selene, marlow, Fleming etc make any. They all have a lower salon and steps up n down

The small hatt MY, what is it... 63?, is probably the only one in that size range.

Viking made them in 55, 63 and I think 72, but not any more. Also a few Hartman Palmer’s in the 55 to 60 foot range were made, also the Defevers. But can’t think of anyone making them now. John
