I have 1967 TC 41' . Window treatments have been changed but hell they need it again. Any help or pics of what you have done would help. I don't care if I go to blinds or have curtains made up again. Just some ideas. Thank you much and stay safe,Sydney GailSteve

Re: WINDOW TREATMENT IDEAS for old 41' Hatteras
I went with blinds from one of the online retailers. I looked into getting trapezoidal to cover the front angle but the cost seems excessive ($7k from one, $12K from the other). Overall I’m happy with how it turned out and the speed and quality of the online retailer (Blinds.com I think).

Re: WINDOW TREATMENT IDEAS for old 41' Hatteras
My 42c came with pleated shades by hunter douglas courtesey of the previous owner. I did not like them, spiders would get in the pleats and leave stains. Also they had to be raised to let any air in if you are the type to open windows for a breeze. About seven years ago I bought composite slat blindes for the two sides, two back windows and two on the door. They look like wood and were completely custom order. I was even able to pick which ends the raise/lower string was and the angle adjuster. The side is two separte blinds but mounted on one rail. I ordered them from Lowes here in Canada, manufacurer was Garber. The total was under one boat buck. I did not address the front corners because I have a black screen wrap that covers the front and those two windows. I'll post a pic later when I can find one.

In my opinion, you can't go far wrong with this.

Thank you Robert! And here is what I did in the aft stateroom - Roman shade. Worked out perfectly.
