Personally I ve never cared for the layout of the 58 as the aft deck is extremely hot due to the lack of side decks. Unbearably hot in summer. Deal killer for me. The galley is nice though, great boat as a floating condo if you air con the aft deck

With side decks on the 53, 58YF you get a lot of breeze when anchored out making the aft deck nice cool even in SoFl summers. On the 58 MY or any Extended Deckhouse, no breeze can come in making it very stuffy.
I ve run and been on a neighbors 58MY, huge difference. The aft deck is a sauna. But it is a matter of preference... we like to be outside when on the boatPascal
