Does anyone know if there's a place one can find prices for the boats new, in the 70's and 80's?

Re: Original Prices....
I think in 1971 when my boat was built, Hatteras were about a big buck a foot, roughly. So, with various extras, a 36 convertible would have been about forty thousand dollars. Does that sound about right? I don't know of any archive of original prices.

Re: Original Prices....
As I’ve said when I was a kid I grabbed every piece of Hatteras literature I could get at the boat shows. Including the price guides that were not for public distribution. I’d wait until the sales babes were distracted and then grab everything I could get my grubby little hands on. My bedroom walls were plastered with Hatteras and Donzi pics.
