I did the same for steps on my CC starboard is slick when wet so you need the grooves. It also has no strength so it needs support underneath. You can’t replace steps on a bridge ladder without adding a SS plate under it. Even 3/4 SB will sag

Right. I looked at Starboard steps but I ended up having another forum member make me SSS ones instead, and getting the bridge and boarding ladders welded up with them. I don't miss having to do those teak steps twice a year.

Well Dang It! Put the new swim ladder treads on.... wifey liked them sooo much.. I've been instructed to replace the other treads. 5 @ 4 1/16 x 15 1/8. .. oh well, a project for another day! $71 bucks including shipping. My labor is free of course.
