    Re: Stabilizer instal

The blocks were heavily glassed in then coated with I think gel coat, I went with what Naiad recommended.

Company called Fonteneau, they are Naiad dealers. They had a guy that has been there for many years and had retired in June but came back to do my install as his last install, really knows his stuff.

Is it the Multi-sea II control or the newer system? I have the old gyro but have played with the Multi-sea on another 53. Its really cool being able to adjust the gain and the list at the helm.

Scott, I got the Multi Sea II, they wanted another $5,000 for the newer system. JD don’t have final install amount yet. They are installing hydraulic hoses this week and then I should get the bill. I’ll let you know. Equipment was $35,000.

    Re: Stabilizer instal

Update, did the final sea trail today, of course the ocean looked like a lake but we were able to find some small swells that we put on the beam and they worked perfectly, heading up to Newport Beach Saturday, 60 mile open ocean run, should be a good test, then over to Catalina Island. Final instal cost was $17,000 and equipment was $35,000 plus tax and shipping.
