Upon Start All displays work, and are operational, Once brought up to around 1200 RPM. Both Port DDECs go to Zero. After the engines cool, and restart all indications normal. Is this a ECM problem? Any suggestions. This is a DD 16 92 on a 65 Hat

Sounds like low DC volts.
Your displays on their own batteries?

Nope. Was looking for a wire diagram on this or how it’s configured.

I would have a look at the connections an grounds.
