    Prop was out a little and over time put some wear on the cutlass bearings.

    Nirvana!! 2392 RPM' s on Port and 2393 on STB. 32 MPH (28 Kts) max speed. Coming back down to 1800 cruise it felt like slow speed after that. This was done with full load of fuel and fresh water.

    Temps all good, no vibrations, no oil or water leaks, and all good tranny and oil pressures.
