Check with ABYC. You will find a whole lot is different than you think.
Newest requirement is ELCI and its 2 poles for 240 V and 3 poles for 120/240. Im sure safety is job one so look at the new products and upgrade as necessary.
I just started the install of a 2 pole ELCI and an isolation /Buck/boost transformer at 12.5KW ( 50 amp 240 to 120 /240 ) with 2 boost levels and all automated.
Its going into a Victron system with pass through and invert and LiFePo Batteries. Its going to be sweet.
Were adding balmar regulators and second alternators on each engine to charge.

Re: 60 amp fuse holder source
If I read things correctly ELCI is basically the same as a GFCI but at the service entrance?

Re: 60 amp fuse holder source
Stolen off the internet
The difference is in the level of imbalance, or leaking amperage, that trips the breaker. In-home GFI and GFCI breakers trip at very low imbalance levels while ELCI breakers trip at much higher imbalance levels. RCD's trip at imbalance levels between GFI and ELCIScott
