The aft most fixed salon windows have a frame and rubber gasget. My window guy says to remove the rubber gasket and the glass will come out without removing the frame. Is this correct and if so are there any tricks for removing the gasket. Thanks, John

Re: Removing fixed salon windows
that is correct, but i would plan to buy new rubber gasket from sams or you could fill that same area that the gasket is in with silicon and smooth the outside to form the gasket. i just used a small scraper to get the gasket started coming out then just pulled on it and the rest came out easy
