Well, I have reached age 80 and still have my boat. However, it may be time to look for a new owner. Hopefully, I am in no hurry, but I would start a dialogue with an interested party.
I have owned a half dozen other boats, but my 53 is my favorite.
As any boat owner knows, the loving work never stops. My boat is 45 this year, but I hear plastic lasts 400 years.
Anyway, I have personalized my boat while trying to keep her heritage in place..
She is the most liveable boat afloat, complete with a master, a guest, a covered back porch, a living room, a dinette, 3 bathrooms and a bow for a shop, office or 3rd bunkroom, plus kitchen.
I have removed the flybridge because I wanted to travel the Intracoastal without bridge hassel. I started out as a sailor so I like being near the engines & water when at the helm.
I am a snowbird. My boat is in Alva, Fl.
Let me know if you want to start a dialogue. Charles Kleinschmidt, charlesk1939@gmail.com
