    1969 45c

We have decided to sell our 45c and will be listing her locally in the next week or two. She is in fair condition cosmetically on the outside above the water line. Below the waterline she is excellent the hull was soda blasted and all blisters were repaired and then painted. Inside is very much original but in good condition, all systems wo4k as they should with the exception of the saloon ac, the blower fan is surging I plan on repairing or replacing this winter. She is in excellent condition mechanically. The engines and transmissions have about 600 hours on them and the generator works as advertised. I just ran her 120 miles offshore in July and I am very confident in her mechanically. As some of you know I did some major work this spring (bow core and seacocks) and I will continue to work on her as we try to sell her. I will put together a full list of things done and things that need doing and post some pictures in the next week or so. I am asking 40k for her.

I know that some of the old 45s had lower Helms. Does your boat still have the front windshield and lower helm?Do you have any pictures of the salon? How are the window frames and overall woodwork? Thanks!

Only 600 hours in 50 years is definitely a low time boat! It must be like new, a time capsule even. Someone will get a real beauty.
