Thread: New wheel

    New wheel

Just got a totally unnecessary item, but it is really cool. You need one of these when your helm station is in the middle of your living room. Came from Edson Marine, 32 inch diameter, surprisingly light in weight compared to the old wheel, teak rim. This is a before photo, I will post another after about 13 coats of varnish. John

    Re: New wheel

That is correct Sky, saves weight, need to keep the weight down on these light weight Hatteras’s every little bit helps. Lol.

    Re: New wheel

Had to stop at 6 coats of varnish because I need to use the boat this weekend, but it’s starting to look pretty good. John
