I’ve got two. One on port and starboard on the aft deck. Best guess they are a hook for drying clothes on a line but maybe they serve some other purpose.

I believe that is the famed Flux Capacitor! Wait, no, I think it is something on which you hang stuff. I have not seen any like that but it does not look structural or anything. Maybe a boat hook holder?!
