It s pretty much impossible to answer just looking at the picture. For instance the transom door may be salvageable by re coring it but it depends on the condition of the laminate. The water damage in the team may just be cosmetic. Teak doesn’t rot easily...if cosmetics just sanding and refinishing which is pretty much routine maintenance
These are not the chines but spray rails. Not structural. Again dependankn how bad they are. If limited rot you can use filler. If really rotted they need to be replaced which can be difficult as I think they are bolted thru and access is limited
Leaky windows... same depends how bad the rot is
Core juice on the aft deck roof isn’t unusual. Need to sound the deck tomknkw the extend.
These are not usual issues on boats that age especially if they have been poorly maintained
The bigger question is what else is wrong that you didn’t see... engines, generators, thru hull, AC etc
