The one on the right is probably the coupler for a Loran-C antenna, it's missing the whip aerial. I'm sure someone here will sell you one cheap.

I am going with this.
I remember the Loran-C but this is a complete antenna. I will remove and figure out what does not work. I think I recall a cell phone antenna like this that hooked up to a 1989 "Bag Phone".
Any guesses on the "Mini-dome" about 6" diameter. says something like Trimbal on the side but badly faded.riverrandy

Could the one on the right be a WiFi Extender? The Trimble antenna could be for an old Inmarsat C receiver.
