Place called Payson Casters in Gurnee Il. They have both stem and plate type casters in both stainless and mild steel.
We buy stainless casters from them for pharmaceutical applications where everything has to be food grade and wash down capable.
They have all type of casters listed on their website. Generally cheaper than Grainger or McMaster Carr.
