    Replacing glass

    A friend of mine has a 1980 53’ Yacht Fisher. He has removed the sliding glass window and frame from the fishing cockpit. He has removed and ordered new tempered glass to replace the broken window. His question for the forum is, has anyone done this and what are the tricks or secrets in replacing the felt and the glass. Any help would be great full. I’ll pass it on to him.
