Is it true that the Collins Avenue venue is no more?

I heard they were moving the Collins Ave section to the area in front of the old Miami Herald building between the causeways, just south of Sea Isle

Yes, now off Biscayne Blvd between the causeways near Sea Isle marina

Wow! Then It's going to be smaller than the Collins venue? Not much space between the causways and the drawbridge.
