good luck trying to get dredging permits in this country. We spend half our life trying to get permits to dredge at our yacht club, and we have a member that owns a dredging company. If it not eel grass, it’s natcatcher mating season and who knows what else. There are a lot more protectected species than humans. John

doug it out last year and have a 3 year maintance clause got permit
