Anyone know this boat for sale?

Seems like a LOT of boat for the money. I didn't even know they made convertibles this big.

It's been listed for a couple of weeks. When I first saw it listed and after looking through the pictures I thought the price must be a misprint. It appears to be a nice boat.

That boat has been a few slips away from me - on and off - for years.
The price reflects the (miserable) engines, 16V149's. The captain told me she burns 240/hr at ten knots.

I would bet that each of those engines weighs more than my entire boat does.

It's in beautiful shape. A good deal if you have a place to keep it.

That looks like a lot of boat for the money. It is located very near me, I might have to call one of my broker friends and take a look. I will report back about what I see.

    Going to move up John?
If ever there was a good candidate for a re-power that boat is it. An amazing boat with the WRONG engines.
I have seen mechanics going down the ER hatch a lot on that boat, then they run her and the mechanics are back. Over and over.

Not a chance Dave, just thought I’d look in case any one here on the site wanted a report, but I think you answered the question of why it is so cheap. John

I wonder what a pair of 16v149s sound like at WOT? Are they the largest version of the classic DD 2-stroke engine made?
