Re: Props
I have a set of 36"x36" props. They are tuned and balanced to ISO 1 specs. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks

Re: Props
Maybe check with Sams too. I know they have a huge inventory of used props. They might also have an idea on sizing.

Yes, they are off of a 63' Hatteras Motoryacht.

Re: Props
Who is “they”? A yard, a shade tree prop shop, a reputable prop shop? Why are they no good? Wrong size, damaged, ???
Start with what the boat was delivered with which should be in a the manuals or call hatteras. A good prop shop should be able to tell you what you need based on displacement, hull, HP, gearing etcPascal

Re: Props
A good prop shop can repair almost any damaged prop. I've never had one tell me my props were "no good" and I've sent in some rough ones.
I use Black Dog Props: http://www.blackdogprops.com/ He does all the props for Viking Yachts.....yes, THE Viking Yachts.FTFD... i drive a slow 1968 41c381

Re: Props
What is the issue? Are they damaged or are you having performance issues? Your post doesn’t mention damage but size and blade counts.
If you re having performance issue a good shop can do the calculations. When I repowered my 53, the prop shop calculated everything and was spot on. They predicted 20kts top and I got that with 6 sqft fins not included in the calculations.Pascal
