Ok up until now I was not overly concerned with Global Warming, but I just heard a news story that Global warming may effect hops production causing beer prices to go up. Now I am really concerned and might have to become an activist on the Global warming issue. John

Re: Beer prices
Yeah and more storms and rising sea levels and more fracking that'll cause more earthquakes that'll cause more tsunamis that'll wipe out distilleries in Scotland. Beer is chickenfeed compared to what can happen. This thing is getting outa control!!

Re: Beer prices
Scew the whole soft drink market.
How much CO2 is released by the billions of bottles and cans of soda and othe carbonated drinks.
Oh and dont forget bread, cake and pastry all rose from CO2 from the yeast.
So I'd suggest we ban bread, cake and soft drinks in order to save our booze.Scott

Re: Beer prices
We will just grow hops in Antarctica. It will be fine. Don't worry. We will adapt. More water means more need for boats and more boating surface area. I'm all for it!!

Re: Beer prices
I hear global warming is so bad this year that great lakes boaters will get an extra hour of boating season.

Re: Beer prices
Well, last year we didn't freeze all of the lakes over but we usually don't. However, the year before we did and that hadn't happened in many, many, years. A new ice age may be coming. It all depends on solar activity. Oh wait, I can't say that. That giant ball of fire surely can't affect anything here. Its too far away for sure.Sky Cheney
