53MY side door locks

Sky, The ED's seem to have a different lock than the Classics, which in my experience have their own set of issues. On the 53 Classic, the slide bolts would also be an option to the hook and eye. I don't know why you'd want them to be brass- chrome plated or stainless steel would make more sense. By slide bolt, I'm referring to the hardware that is on the "second" door of the aft pair, that holds the one in place while the other closes and locks against it. IMHO for use on the side doors, one would wish to employ 2 slide bolts per door. One at the top and one at the bottom.
