Any advice on removing or modifying the galley/salon and galley/pilot house bulkheads to open up a 1981 70' extended deck MY, I am also considering enlarging the fly bridge ladder access and replacing the ladder with a stair case in the pilot house ....are the bulkheads structural ?

Re: Refiting and roving bulkheads
Are you buying that 70 in the San Francisco Bay Area with the engine with the broken rod. If so it looks like it could be a great rehab project. You should talk to Rusty who is Seven on this site ,he looked at it. John

They just lowered the price to 195,000.00. They would have to give me a 100,000.00 to take it, it’s realy really bad. RUNNNNNNN
