Not sure what your plans are for the cockpit bulkhead wall. Can't remember what's in the 2 centerline hatches but you may want to move them if you're putting in a mezzanine. Also, make sure you keep plenty of temp support in place during construction.

Ran a 8v71n 45c back and forth to Florida a few times in the early 80's while in school, the owner wasn't much on maintenance. "Here's $1,500 and 3 credit cards, Amex, Mastercard, Texaco, call me if you need anything." Had a 29 day northbound trip one year, broke down twice along with blowing an Allison gear in Savannah, the good old days. Like I posted earlier, if you're thinking about some type of step as part of a mezzanine you may want to move them and eliminate that hatch as it looks like like you're all in for projects.
