    Well That Makes It Easy

Hadn't noticed it before. Probably it's just me. It's nice to see that I, for sure, have the right oil. Wonder why the Series 53s aren't on there?

I always just get mine at DD. Usually able to buy it at around $71 bucks per 5 gal pale.

How many hours do you go between changes? I am usually around 100-150.

I'm a 100 hour man on the motors; 250 on ZF BW250 gears (Spotlessly clean even then. Maybe I ought to pump the gear oil to the motors--just kidding). 100 hours or usually less on 20KW Northern Lights. I know that's quick on the genny, but it only takes a minute and less than 2 gallons--cheap insurance.

As for CF-II, correct. It's not listed anywhere on this batch of Delo 100. I also know they couldn't list the DD series list without DD's permission. So, I'm taking that as a direct recommendation from Detroit.

Speaking of Detroit...I'm being real cagey about all this. I found that no one ever sent in the warranty cards on my 1271's. I think I'll give it another year then drop them in the mail.

Interesting, does the 53 series have different requirements? .. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=gWrg3cFod7Q
