Nice looking boat, Pictures are a little grainy so it's hard to tell but it appears to have had many updates. Does anyone know the Cruise and WOT Speeds of a 53 with QSM11's?

Yes. Tom Slane did one a few years ago (Hookshot was its name, I think) which did over twenty-eight knots on sea trials. I think those were the 715 hp rating engines.

I looked at one in Freeport Tx (kirby marina) that you couldn't make look this good for 500k. Someone had started tearing down the stb 12v71 but stopped at the blowers....I just walked away ....free wouldn't be cheap enough! What a shame...

Is she listed with a broker? Looks like a nice boat and a very good deal. Hell you couldn't even buy a 48 Ocean with the nasty 3196Cats for what your asking for a refit Hatteras 53C.

That dog isn't going to like it if you sell his boat.

Nice and a bargain for all you have there.
