“Fish Fry” has been upgraded extensively while keeping her as original as possible. Her front window have been glassed in and the lower helm has been removed. In 2003, custom one piece metal engine beds were made and installed. They have been powder coated. Shafts, rudders, struts and props were reworked or replaced as necessary.
