Unrelated, but how the heck do they cost so much? Some chunks of metal cut out on CNC, and some foam and fabric. Even at $100/hr labor, really, that much?

Having sat on both Tha aforementioned Stidds as well as Pompanette platinum for hours on end I can verify that amortized across 5-10 years they are worth every penny! I have a $3000.00/ 2 year old sofa in my home that hasn't held up 1/2 as well as some 10 year old top end helm chairs.
