Selling (2) Detroit 8V71TI, 1984. Rebuilt in late 1990's. Approx 2,300 hours on each. Currently located in Wilmington, NC.

Starboard engine strong running takeout - Port engine needs a rebuild. Included are Allison transmissions - both are running takeouts - 2:1 ratio...ready for pick up next week (12/1/14)!!!

Keep in mind if you split the engines and gears the engines will only be right for a buyer with another set of Allisons. The bell housing would need to be changed inorder to accommodate a different gear. Best to sell the set.

put the things on ebay several of the guys here sold theirs to alaska. A pair that came out of a Buddy Davis sold about 3 month ago they went to Alaska. I did ask the question what were they going in
