Happy New Yearto all and a Happy new life for a Hatteras

    I suck at posting..
    sorry for that
But all of you have really helped me make some major decisions in regards to my 46HP convertable SF. I am happy to say that she is undergoing a mid life overhaul with rebuilt transmissions, a 100% stripped Awlgrip paint job, new window glass, new turbos, new baint tank in the transom, new tuna dooron the port side, bottom is recently done with barrier coat, all running gear is top shelf, and the new hard top is going on. I really didn't know what I was getting into when I bought this boat but thanks to you alll I have been able to afford to do the right things the right way, Thanks for the inspiration!
Happy New year! and Smooth Sailing

    Pics to follow soon today!

Hopefully you'll be showing the "before and after" pictures....

Maybe also of your checking account 'before and after'......

We've all seen and felt the ill effects of the after on our checkbooks. No need to share the pain. I wonder what it would feel like to not have the boat to take care of any extra cash I might have? I know I find it much easier to dump 5K on the boat then to spend $500 for something at home. My wife wants a new sofa and loveseat. She found a great set on sale for 7K!. When I complained about the price she said, "You'd have no problem spending that on fuel to ride around on the boat." Can't argue with her there. Happy New Year George and keep up the good work. It may not be a sound financial investment but it's money well spent!

I got a tee shirt for Christmas from my nephew it was a Good one from Cape May where he is stationed. It Says.

Money my not get you happiness but dumping Thousands into a Boat is a Good Start

And the boat on the front above Cape May is a Hatteras

    Good Luck with your Boat
