Looking at 1974 48 ft Yachtfisher

Seriously considering a 1974 48 ft Yachtfisher with 8V71TI's. Any quick advice on what to look for? This opportunity has come up rather suddenly and I am going to travel to see the boat Wednesday.
I have tried to absorb the collective wisdom of this excellent board but any special pointers would be welcome.

    Many thanks,

Thank you. I have decided to go for it. Offer accepted, sea trial pretty good for a boat that has not been moved in months. Next step - survey then mechanic. Got to get the boat good enough to go from San Diego to Ventura.
