    I'm changing out my original '74 8kw Onan on my 43 DC in the next couple of weeks. Runs good and produces electricity fine. Rear Main seal leaking. Anyone interested in it for repair or spare parts make an offer. Also have extra filters, etc. Located in Key Largo Florida.

    I just pulled the original 8 kw Onan from my 1973 Yachtfish, it is now an artificial reef in the Atlantic. I donated the head to a friend of mine for his generator, I will call him and see if he is interested in yours, since it is better shape than mine was.

    Boss Lady,

    I was going to soda blast and repaint my 8K Onan generator this season. I just removed it during haul out in NJ last week. It works fine but there is no sound shield. I was thinking of selling it and using that money to put down on a new one. Let me know if you are interested.
