I have had flyscreens made for the salon windows and the installer has left a 1/2" gap between the forward screen upright and the glazing. Is this forward upright of the screen supposed to have a fuzz bar or something that seals to the adjacent sliding window. He maintains that Hatteras left them that way.
Could someone with the original set up have a look and let me know please.

Mine has a "fuzz bar" that closes off that gap.

Yes Boatsb, they did have when the genny packed up last month in the Bahamas and we used them for the first time. The installer who was recommended by Sams is refusing to sort them. I'm pleased that eze2bme has confirmed there should be a fuzz bar.
