    1967 44' hatt in Vancouver BC ?

    Does any one know this good looking Lady? or possibly live close to her? We are starting the process of finding our next boat (a live aboard) and she looks nice. YW#1383-2050950

    A friend of mine surveyed this one a couple of years ago and the result was ..no go... the broker had really mis represented the boat and I called him on the issues and he indicated that all the bad stuff had been fixed....all I can say is buyer beware...hire a first class surveyor..both mechanical and structural...
