Post some photos, here, let's have a look at her.
I was on that boat last week but didn't take any photos. Notable points are, pickled oak interior and lighter colors throughout. Forward stateroom has been professionally modified where the centerline berth was replaced by taller than normal V berths with lots of drawers beneath.
No offense to the seller, but she is not my idea of, "beautifully Captain maintained", but a nice boat nonetheless. No bridge enclosure and could use a little love all around where the exterior is concerned. Interior is very nice.
Well, if this was truly an "exceptional opportunity" it's probably long gone.......
Is the decimal too far from the left?
Repower cost factored in was how much?
It’s only been listed for six days. I hear some buyers need up to five years to pull the trigger. :)
Funny how some people on here go from asking stoopit questions to becoming exspurts overnight. Amazing how educational this site is
You might wish to sit down with a surveyor or yacht broker and have him show you just the sold comps from just this month alone posted on Soldboats.com . Many beautiful Hatteras convertibles with excellent engines have sold for under (way) your asking price.
