Newmar 32v to 12v converter needed

But has anyone had one of the Newmars fail or cause any problems. Mine are all 34 years old so I'd hate to try anything else since these have been so good. It seems much of the new technology stuff is built to have a specific lifespan and it ain't 34+ years.

Do they have one for a 32>24V “step down”?

Yes, I've been using several of these for a few years now;https://www.victronenergy.com/dc-dc-...s-isolatedBest of all, you can both remote control them + combine in paralell to double or triple the power. Highly recommended, and much cheaper than the newmars as well.

Scott sold me a 30 amp Victron converter about a year ago and it has worked flawlessly. Much more flexible and cheaper than the Newmar.

The Victron shows 35v max. What happens when you get up to 38v while charging? Or 42v doing an equalize charge?

48 volt units go to 70 volts and shut down at low dc around 28 volts.
