Power to the unit is normal but exit power to the sender is not.
Any suggestion on how to remedy the situation will be greatly appreciated.

I assume your typing about the tachometer sender on one of the main engines.
Question; is it mounted on the synchronizer box or on the engine?
Those senders are pretty solid devices, most times the mechanical tach cable is loose or failed. Next a bad wire or crimp.
IMO, to the bottom of the list is the sender has failed.
The transmiter has a square shaft thats plastic it may have snaped therefore it will not transmit the electrical signal. Unscrew the unit and take a look. Good luck I hope this helps.
Problem solved!
By removing the Positive and Negative hookup from the sending unit and cleaning same with sandpaper solve the problem.
