Favorite Biscayne Bay & Keys Activities

Headed to Biscayne Bay and the Keys for June. Interested in any worthwhile anchorages, reefs, areas to explore, places to skip or avoid, etc. We are full of provisions, plan to anchor out as much a possible, and explore, explore, explore.... We hope to make it to the Tortugas but not sure we will have enough time. Appreciate the insights!!
