Rod Holders for Salon Ceiling
I've been looking everywhere but cannot seem to find a decent wooden (or similar) rod holders that I see in a lot of sport fishing boats. I'm not looking for anything crazy, but would like to store 10 -12 trolling rods on the ceiling for when we're not fishing.
Any recommendations?

make them yourself, that way you get exactly what you want not some off the shelf generic fit all
Re: Rod Holders for Salon Ceiling
The problem with conventional rod racks is as the boat rolls the rods rotate back and forth and if the guide wraps are in the wear area it will eat through the epoxy coating the best setup are the ones that hold the rolls by the ears

Those would be ideal, unfortunately our reels don't have ears on them. We're great lakes fishing for Salmon, so smaller reels than you saltwater guys.
I never thoughts about the twisting of the rods as the boat rolls, though. Great point.
We currently lay them across the counter tops, but just looking for a better/cleaner option.
