1983 Hatteras MY Good Karma for sale

I asked some questions awhile ago about stabilizers as we had an accident that damaged one.
Admiral says "we've had enough fun for awhile" so we're swallowing the anchor...for now.
We are offering our 1983 Hatt 53 MY with 8v-71ti's 2450 hrs. Airseps new elements w/stainless exhaust.

Needs new Gen and stabilizers repaired or replaced.
All windows removed, rebedded and resealed. You wouldn’t know the model of your fridge. I need a replacement and haven’t had much luck due to height and depth restrictions.

Fischer Paykal E522BRI GCS21 21639 RLQ 836813 those are the only numbers I could find on info sheet. Evidently the numbers for the model # are on the back and it doesn't come out of there.

Total cost about $19,000 Might help with calculations

We've had two mechanics want to do it two different ways.

I had Armada Marine in West Palm do it
A frame in galley to lift the old generator up to floor level . Old generator slides forward on 2 planks till it’s under the deck hatch in forward stateroom
Then down to Crackerboy yard in West Palm
At yard crane lifts out old genny and drops in new one
Reverse process on new generator going in

On reflection 155;000 with new genny sounds about right
